Talk to them. They seem to be quite understanding of special situations.
It won't guarantee you a card, but you don't lose anything by trying. Worst case they explain to you they really need that like from a real account for some kind of marketing positioning.

i used my secondary account in facebook and still got the card
the nutaku folks are actually nice
you just need frequent post on their facebook

well if you want i don't mind using my primary facebook to get another ticket

I find it quite weird when NSFW-like sites try social media. I mean, specially in Facebook, it's not like I'm "hey! just found this hentai/porn stuff, I should share it with friends, co-workers and family".. ...LOL.

Ok, social media marketing and viral campaigns sure are a boost to your brand and stuff, but you can't just pretend that users will be happy to show this kind of stuff publicly.
Specially in a country like mine, with a stupidly high % of active use of social media, this can get you into some troubles. And I say it 'cause it happened to me some years ago.
