So far they carried over, but just to be safe and cut potential losses in case Nutaka decides to reset them sometime, I tend to trade half my surplus shards into Ex/SR wildcards and Card Reveals.

With the radars and glasses disappearing from previous gambit to this one for the first time, I wouldn't be to suprised to see your shards gone with the next shard event

They used to stick arround however. So if nothing changes the ones you still had left should be in your inventory!
