Using 10 nGacha + 10 nWildcards, I pretty consistently get either a Sexual Energy Drink or an Elixer. They can be used in the current Elite Guard event, depending on your strategy, so for those who want to "buy" them without spending Ngold, this is how to obtain them.

In phase 2, drinks and elixirs will be offered in the store for 5,000 pero. Every now and again, they screw it up and they go up for 500 pero. If this happens, buy as many as you can afford.
