I have doubts about:

Cecil-Hayasaka
In the last two scenes she has the hands behind her back, maybe she's tied.

Mayuri Kimura and Chihiro Kimura (maybe it's just my imagination )

Most of those are not tied or BDSM. Some do have their hands behind their backs, but I see no rope at all.

Kokoa Muto has a good TK tied and frog legs (which is mixing western and eastern bondage, but alas, not everyone does shibari)

An Haibari has a variant TK and is suspended by a tie that is not really suspendable, but it's pretty at least.

Minae Yamada has a nice karada harness with a partial suspension with a knee cuff. Not sure what the thigh band is there for. It's not clearly attached to the knee band, but it's possible that it's a gunslinger. If it IS a gun slinger, it's not properly loaded. You don't load at the knee, even for a partial.

Many of the others are using handcuffs, which I consider cheating. I'm a rope enthusiast. ^_^

Incidentally, the reason An Haibari's suspension isn't suspendable is that the weight-bearing ties are cinching ties. To suspend, you need your ties locked off. Those thigh wraps would tighten as she put weight on them. In addition to cutting off blood supply, you could cause permanent damage.

While not drawn COMPLETELY correctly, Minae Yamada at least has a knot on her knee band. It appears to be a yuki knot, which would work if tied correctly. It's pretty dangerous to suspend from a joint, but at least it won't cinch on her. The body harness is actually a really good example of a three knot karada tie. It's a single rope (as opposed to doubled rope) variant that is similar to this:

Upon a second look, I did see tiny bits of rope or bondage in more than I did on first look, particularly around the wrists. I could also include a list of sloppily tied cards, and that would be the bulk of the ones that actually had rope at all. A lot of the rope that is visible is too loose (it would fall off) or has no knots or frictions, meaning you could easily get out of it.

To give an example:
Shizuka Makino

In stage 4, she has her arms tied behind her back, but those ropes would literally fall off her unless you anchor them to the body or neck. In stage 5 and 6, she has some kind of loosely wrapped chest harness, but you can tell by the way the bottom wraps sag under the breast that here is no tension. There is also some kind of weird cuff on the lower arm, but it isn't going anywhere. There is no rope going to that location or coming from it. It tells me that the people that drew them have never really looked at pictures of bondage, particularly eastern rope bondage.

Also telling is the fact that the ropes are never doubled. Most rope bondage begins with a doubled rope and starts at the middle (called the bight).
