Flirting with girls mission

What exactly is that mission about?
Is it done by increasing a girl level? With wild cards? Or is it leveling enough to get a.. How could I call that.. A ''heart'' level?
The hearts at right of girls pictures, if you see what I mean.

you can check the actual requirements, the flirting shit is just crap flavor text.
most of the time it's actually getting the required no. of girls of that particular rarity

I think you are talking about Special missions. The one I'm talking about is in common missions.
Am I wrong?

if it's daily, then it's still the same. like I said just click on the mission and you can see the details. I've already quit the game some time back so I can't remember where the exact buttons are, but basically there... well fuck this shit.
