Neither is worth it. A 10% crit damage buff won't surpass the turn 1 +15% atk outside of a long, irrelevant raid battle and does nothing if you're hitting weakness. Defending 5% more often with 10% more damage reduction when it happens isn't likely to replace Taunt's 16% reduction on all hits or Recovery boost with HP absorb.
