Nutaku overall has problem with the way they handle information, its circulation and how they let said information be taken up by the community. Most often than not, they toss up half truths, and incomplete info for events, gacha.

So be my guest and complain about us complaining about such a point. Its not my, yours, nobodys here really bussines as to why they are failing. They are failing, and I couldnt care less if its because of Understafing, Flying pigmen, or the phases of the moon.
Paying costumers have the right to complain as much as they want, when the receiving party is failing to deliver upon their respective arrangements times and times again.
Everyone has their own reasons.
Mine no worse than any other.
I already pressured them to fix Oncidium's name and to fix Ipomoea's art. But I keep my expectations in check. I don't expect an overhaul of the entire script, or X number of character quests updated, on top of the shit they already have to keep up with.

Point is, if you want to complain, go ahead. But I think you should put your priorities on more important things than a simple three-day delay.

If you don't want these problems to keep surfacing, you should pressure Nutaku to hire more staff, not (just) complain that the current staff is incompetent. The gaps in their communication and updates are more noticeable by the day, which isn't something that can be fixed by saying "get better at coding".
