It does, however you need to switch to theater mode once in game for the scrollbars to work.

Yeah, I use Puffin on my iPhone 5S and it works well except sometimes I can't get it to scroll down the windows in Theatre mode. But it means no lost Gathers during the day as I can quickly take my phone out at lunch time, or as I walk to/from the office.
