1) Based on your 3 choices, you seem to be a fan of Monety's art. Alpinia and Kerria are also very solid choices (from the same artist), and ones I would recommend over Victoria/Bride and Lycoris (though I love all three). If you lean more towards function over form, Dendrobium would be my first recommendation.
