Yes, it's fairly possible. Event stage 2-1 is usually just a little bit harder than event stage 1-1, but easier than 1-2. So if you can manage to get strong enough to 3-medal parts 1-1 and 1-2, and get one or two medals out of part 1-3, then it's fairly probable you'd manage part 2-1 and 2-2 as well, possibly grabbing another 1 or 2 medals from part 2-3, totalling between 12 and 14 medals.

Make sure to use the hints from the first post, hidden behind the spoiler tags. It will also be a tremendous help if you happen to have someone in your friends list with a helper squad worth about 40k points, to tank you through stage 3. For stage 4, you'd need a helper squad with a rating somewhere between 50k and 70k though, the last stage of each phase is a big RNG mess with really dozens of pest nests spawning those wasps that fly around. One wrong turn too many on the random arrows, and a 60k team ends up nearly dead on the next encounter.
If you don't have space in your friendslist: look through it again, and ditch everybody who hasn't been online since the day you started. About a third of the people seem to try Nutaku games for 1-2 days and then disappear. Their squads won't ever improve, they'll be useless helpers when you play, except maybe if they have a slow team, as rear guard against wasps.

Just put all your units on the middle tent, and then hope RNG is kind to you.

funny enough to the "put em all in middle", no matter how many times I tried, I noticed the best solution for me was 3 in middle two on the bottom.
Run it few times like this and noticed that the Teleport nodes combined with the RNG allow for better spread of the girls this way, thus covering more ground (is it not infuriating when RNG sends 4 of 5 girls in the same bloody direction ?) and having better chances to complete the mission.

Also what was necessary was to use my secondary parties (in tha Unit menu you have buttons 1-9 which allow you to make different sets of your parties). I had to use much weaker girls to make sure to maximeze the number of "runs" the girls can do before one of them hits home and recalls of the rest to her. Allowing 2-3 parties get wiped on the boss while the others managed to get on the right routes while running allowed me to clear this map very fast once I figured out the trick.
It was similar to the previous event map, where you had to tone down the strength of your army to avoid beating the final boss to fast and finish the map before all goals could be achieved.
