Regardless, you could've exchanged Monotropastrum and left her in the gift box, along with the blooms, and given yourself 30 days to clean up your inventory. There's literally no excuse for at least doing that much.

Yeah, it breaks "tradition", but this is on par with people getting pissed about not receiving Lechenaultia because they "thought it was just another medal event and didn't read directions when they should've been using the vote tickets instead to get the girl". When you purposely fail to complete the event and its exchanges, yeah, you deserve to not get the girl.

As for people not reading instructions on how to get someone, thats on them. I'm PRETTY SURE the date on that girl in the Exchange Center WASN'T Monday's date. If it was Monday's Date, I would've went "oh crap, today is the day!!" Regardless of the consensus around here, I'm not dumb.

Thats exactly how I operate, Meister, though I leave a ton in my Gift Box. I clear them out before they expire though, as I know what dates mean. Because I read them with my eyes.

Sure you can say they should have got the knight ASAP, but by the same token, the game did not have to remove the availability untill alot later, no reason for it's removal
