Camellia will be evolved soon once I get some more red manyus. I could get it to 789 speed but I don't want to sacrifice too much power. I've cleared out some inactives so I have a few spots free now.

I believe attack ability is the "+x% attack" buffs that some girls have. Interesting to note that equipment is not included in the buff so high base attack is important if you are stacking those.
That also explains why Edelweiss hits for 2 against bonus stage bosses, her skill is AoE so it is multiplied at the very end instead of before the "minimum 1" step.
